enuf is enuf...time to switch dude. looks like november 4th is a mangalagaram naal. you would want to put that in your calendar to have some idlis with spicy, yummy chicken curry and some chicken biriyani for lunch. nalla neram -9:03 to 10:17am and after that it is raahu kalam. Then 12:43pm to 2:24pm is nalla neram.

dhethi, kilamai, neram yellam kurichu kuduthachu...yedho nambalala mudunjadhu...! ;-)

thotukka kozhi melagu varuval, night dinner kothu parota vum chicken pepper fry would be icing on the cake. would be better if it is muttai kothu parota!!!

Cut the chicken into small pieces. Heat the oil and fry the finely chopped onions, garlic and ginger. When they begin to turn color, add the spices and cook for a few minutes longer. Add the tomatoes and salt to taste and cook for a further 5 minutes. Put in the chicken pieces and stir so that they are thoroughly coated with the sauce. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.

At the end of this time the mixture should be almost dry, but you need to check from time to time and add a little water if necessary.
